HOPE, Inc. is pleased to announce its successful partnerships with private hospitals in its advocacy towards universal health care.
Among HOPE’s newest partners is the Mt. Carmel Medical Center, a xx-bed hospitalin Bocaue, Bulacan. Our partnership involves supporting private hospitals in their desire to improve bed occupancy and support indigents and senior citizens (through better allocated charity beds) while optimizing revenues.
As part of these innovative interventions, Mt. Carmel Medical Center is now offering free consultations and hospitalizations for beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program(4Ps) of the municipality as well as senior citizens of Bocaue.
The following are some details on the free consultation/check-up and charity-bed confinement.
Free Consultation and Check-up
Every Wednesday, 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Open to all (pediatrics and adults)
Selected medical and surgical services will be offered
Vital signs, height and weight, and CBG
Charity bed confinement/hospitalization
1. A 25-capacity ward will be allotted to selected beneficiaries and be named as Lamberto M. De Lara Charity Ward.

- 4Ps
- Senior Citizens
- Members of Sponsored Program (including dependents)
3. Requirements
NHTS for Indigent
4Ps ID, and
MDR for Senior Citizens
Qualified walk-in or referred patients can be considered in the free hospitalizations.
Clients who are not included in the qualified beneficiaries can be admitted, however, they will not be included in the free hospitalization.
Free hospitalization does not cover all cases (e.g., some surgeries, operations).
During admission, the beneficiaries are required to submit PhilHealth claim requirements.
Clients availing of the free hospitalization will have no out-of-pocked expenses as long as they complete all required documents as per PhilHealth program.
